To get SDMLS access, here's the simplified process:

1. Are you (your broker) a REALTOR® member?

YES, with SDAR:
- Go to the SDAR website, Be An SDAR Member | SDAR, and click "Apply Here."
- SDAR Membership Services will reach out to you.
YES, with a Reciprocating Association:
- Get a Letter of Good Standing from your association.
- Upload it to this application.
- SDMLS Reciprocal Services will reach out to you to process your request.
NO:
- Go to this application.
- SDMLS Reciprocal Services will reach out to you to process your request.

2. Pricing:

Reciprocal Member Pricing:
- MLS Access: $174 / Quarter (prorated monthly)
- Application Fee $50 / New User Initial Activation Only
- Sentrilock Lockbox Access $100 Jan – June or July – Dec (prorated quarterly)
- Sentrilock Lockbox Purchase: $167 + tax
- Listing Input: $100
SDMLS (Non-Realtor Member) Pricing:
- Application Fee: $25 for Agents/Assistants/Appraisers and $250 for Brokers
- MLS Only Access (for Brokers/Agents/Appraisers): $174 / Quarter (prorated monthly) and (for Assistants): $29 / Quarter (prorated monthly)
- Sentrilock Lockbox Access: $134 annually (prorated quarterly) and (for assistants): $60 annually (prorated quarterly)
