San Diego MLS participates in the California Reciprocal Agreement. The steps below are required for agents outside of San Diego County who would like to participate as a reciprocal for San Diego County. 

How To Obtain SDMLS Reciprocal Services

Step 1: Are You (or Your Broker) a REALTOR® Member?

YES, with SDAR:

• Click Here to upgrade your SDAR Membership Type

• Click "Apply Here"

• SDAR will contact you.

YES, with another Association:

• Ask your Association for a Letter of Good Standing

• Upload your "Letter of Good Standing" to our Online Application Form

• SDMLS will contact you.

NO, not a REALTOR® member:

• Click Here to Submit Your MLS Only Form

• SDMLS will contact you to continue the process.

Step 2: Pricing Breakdown

Reciprocal Members (REALTOR® with another Association):

• MLS Access: $179/quarter (prorated monthly)

• Application Fee: $50 (one-time)

• Lockbox Access: $125 (Jan–June or July–Dec, prorated quarterly)

• Buy a Lockbox: $175 + tax

• Listing Input: $155

Not a REALTOR® Member (SDMLS Access Only):

• Application Fee:

  • $35 (Agents/Assistants/Appraisers)

  • $250 (Brokers)

• MLS Only Access:

  • $179/quarter (Agents/Brokers/Appraisers)

  • $45/quarter (Assistants)

  • (MLS fees prorated monthly) 

• Lockbox Access:

  • $150/year (Agents/Brokers)

  • $60/year (Assistants)
    (All lockbox fees prorated quarterly)
