DO:
Set the photo order before activating the listing.
Tip: Review the order with your client first. This avoids confusion later.Give the listing overnight after activation before making any photo edits.
DO NOT:
Do NOT activate the listing and then change the photo order.
This can cause:Caching issues
Photo duplication
Missing images
Do NOT make multiple photo changes immediately after activation.
Many platforms (like Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin, and Homes.com) need time to sync photo data properly. Rapid changes can break this sync, upsetting clients and agents.
Removing Blanks from Photo Order:
Click, hold, and drag the blank photo(s) to the bottom of the list.
Once all blanks are at the bottom, click "Save" to confirm the changes.
