New Listing PHOTOS

Photos and new listings do and Do not do.

DO:

Set the photo order before activation. I would review the order with the clientele before Activation. This will save you a lot of headaches.

Do Not DO:

Activate a listing, and then start editing the photo order. This creates Cacheing mishaps and leads to photo order issues, duplications, and even missing photos.

Photos are loaded separately from the listing data. They are linked to the listing after the listing data has been added. Making multiple changes does not allow the photo input to be completed properly on many sites outside the MLS ( Realtor.com, Redfin.com, Zillow.com, Homes.com). This, of course, leads to very unhappy clients or agents.

Give the listing overnight before you start editing photos.

Blanks in your photo list. How to Remove:

Simply click and hold and drag it to the bottom anywhere is good. Once they are all moved to the bottom, click Save to lock it in.
