We’re happy to inform you that the recent issue affecting photo display in Cloud CMA reports has been resolved.
Following collaboration with the product team at Lone Wolf Technologies, adjustments were made to how listing photos are processed. While the exact cause was not confirmed, Lone Wolf has implemented a solution that ensures photos are now being converted to a compatible format during ingestion. As a result, images are once again displaying properly within CMA reports.
What You Need to Know:
- The issue was resolved on the vendor side, no action is required on your part.
- If you generated CMA reports during the time photos were not displaying, we recommend regenerating those reports to ensure full image visibility.
- SDMLS has tested the update and verified that photos are now appearing correctly.
