Paragon | New Residential Style - Condominium

We’re excited to share a new "Residential Style: Condominium" option has been added to our Paragon system! This update is designed to better classify condominium properties and give you more accuracy when entering and reviewing listings.

However, please note the following during this transition phase:

The system change request (SCR) is still being finalized, so a residential style search for Condo is:

• Searchable within our system but only yields SDMLS originating listings

• Not yet searchable across the shared MLS database

What this means for you:

• You can start using the "Condo" Residential Style now in SDMLS Paragon system

• Some listings may still appear under "All Other Attached - Townhouse", etc

• Condo properties are still searchable by Ownership Type in the Features section, as usual

• Downstream platforms may still pull from Features rather than Residential Style until the SCR is complete

We know many of you are eager to use this improvement and you can! Just keep in mind there may be inconsistencies across the shared MLS and downstream sites during this interim period.
