SDMLS recognizes an important discrepancy affecting New Listings and related statistics in our InfoSparks and FastStats reports for December 2025.
In mid-December, we implemented a critical system update that changed how listing activity dates are determined. Unfortunately, this caused some listings to be inaccurately counted in December’s reports, as the ShowingTime+ reporting tools had not yet been adjusted to reflect these changes.
Rest assured, InfoSparks will be promptly refreshed once ShowingTime+ completes the essential mapping updates. We will communicate a timeline for this refresh as soon as it is confirmed.
FastStats is currently under thorough review, and we anticipate reprinting the December 2025 reports once the mapping updates are finalized.
SDMLS is diligently working with ShowingTime+ to correct the data and ensure reporting accuracy is restored.
