San Diego MLS is committed to providing you with the broadest possible access to real estate data. We achieve this through two main methods: data sharing and guest access.

Data Sharing: We have established data sharing agreements with CRMLS, CLAW, and MLSListings. This means their listings and/or our listings are integrated into one anothers MLS platforms, giving you direct access to a wider range of properties.

• CLAW/TheMLS (Combined LA/Westside)
• MLSListings (Northern California)

Guest Access: To further expand your reach, we also provide guest login access to all the neighboring MLS systems listed below. This allows you to explore listings directly on their MLS platforms, giving you a comprehensive view of the market.

• CDAR (California Desert Association of REALTORS)
• MAXEBRDIMLS (Alameda and Contra Costa Counties)

Benefits of Guest Access:

• View and search active listings in each provider's MLS platforms.

Important Considerations for Guest Access:

• You cannot enter listings into guest access MLSs through the provided links.
