Reciprocal | Supra eKey or Lockbox

How can I get Supra lockbox access for Southwest Riverside, Orange County, Los Angeles, and Southern San Bernardino?

TO SIGN UP FOR ACCESS:

1. Complete both for CLAW and OCAR forms here: CLAW and OCAR Forms - Online Submission
2. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing Monday-Friday.  Once your paperwork is received, we will send you confirmation, assign the key, and send your instructions

SUPRA offers the use of an Electronic Key (eKey) as an application on your smartphone.   

The Activation Fee to SUPRA is $50 + prorated monthly fee.  SUPRA charges a $18.01 Monthly Subscription fee, which must come automatically from a credit card deduction on the 9th of each month.  The monthly eKey subscription may be canceled at any time, but to reinstate it, the $50 Activation Fee applies. 

This will give you access to the following areas;  Southwest Riverside, Orange County, Los Angeles and Southern San Bernardino.  If you are wanting access to additional areas, please inquire with those areas

How can I obtain a Supra Lockbox? Where can I get a Supra Lockbox?

Both associations have the same Supra Code; choosing is entirely up to you.

Orange County will rent a Supra lockbox, but your listing must already be in their system, either from data integration or reciprocation. Any unused portion of the rent is prorated and returned when you return the box, but after six months, the box belongs to you.
