STEP 1: Android users search "Paragon Connect" in the Google Play Store - Download the "Paragon Connect" App | ![]() |

STEP 2: Click to open Paragon Connect app on your mobile or tablet | ![]() |
STEP 3: Choose "Continue". | ![]() |
STEP 4: Choose "California" and click "Next". | ![]() |
STEP 5: Choose "San Diego Association of REALTORS" and click on "Get Started". | ![]() |
STEP 6: First-Time Login/Initial Login Choose "Create Password". Continue to Step 7. | ![]() |
STEP 6A: Established users can "Skip to Login" Enter User ID, Password and login... Done! | ![]() |
STEP 7: From create password you will be rerouted to "Forgot Password" to enter the same User ID you utilize at SDMLS /SDAR.com and click "Send Instructions." | ![]() |
STEP 8: The system will send you a Password Reset to the email you have on file with SDMLS/SDAR. The email will come from Email@ParagonMessaging.com. From the email, select "Reset Your Password." | ![]() |
STEP 9: Enter and confirm a new password using the password requirements. Then select Submit. | ![]() |
STEP 10: Once you have successfully reset your password, open the Paragon Connect App and Login with your new password. Biometrics has to be enabled on the device From there you can choose to remember username and allow "Face ID" or "Fingerprint" for future login. | ![]() |
