Understand WITHDRAWN Status

Created by Dimita Wilson, Modified on Thu, 2 Oct at 4:30 PM by Dimita Wilson

Withdrawn status is a TEMPORARY Off-Market status.

Withdrawn status is NOT A FINALIZED listing status - only Expired, Cancelled, or Sold are finalized listing statuses.

Withdrawn listings are OFF-MARKET Active listings STILL UNDER AN EXECUTED LISTING AGREEMENT with the listing brokerage not actively being marketed or shown.

Withdrawn status listings will expire automatically when the listing reaches expiration date at the end of day.

IT IS A VIOLATION of the MLS Rules and REALTOR Code of Ethics to contact and solicit property owners with Withdrawn status listings existing in the MLS.

Withdrawn status listings are intended to be returned to the market at the end of the temporary Off-Market (withdrawn) period.

It is a VIOLATION of MLS rules to have OVERLAPPING listings holding Withdrawn status (Off-Market) and Coming Soon, Active or Back on Market (on market) listings.
