Listing brokers shall not misrepresent the availability of access to show or inspect a listed property. If a property listing is in Coming Soon status, it will be a violation of this section if Open Houses or viewings during Broker Tours/Caravans occur. The Coming Soon status indicates that only Broker to Broker 1:1 Viewings are permitted while in Coming Soon status. “Broker to Broker 1:1 Viewings” means a private, individual appointment to view the property arranged between the listing broker and another broker and their client.
