How to Search an Agent’s Full Production in Paragon

Go to Search

• Click the Search icon

• Select Multi-Class to include all property types

Clear Old Criteria

• On the Criteria screen, remove any default search filters

Find the Agent

• Scroll to the List or Sell Agent field

• Click the magnifying glass to look up the agent

• Type the agent’s name in the top-left search box

• Select ALL IDs (if the agent has multiple IDs)

• Check the top box to select all, then click Save
  (If you know their ID, you can enter it directly instead)

(Optional) Narrow the Search

• Add filters like status, date range, or DRE#

• Note: If searching by DRE#, you must choose either List DRE or Sell DRE, not both

  
  

Run the Search

• Click Search to see the agent’s full transaction history

Export or Print

• Use the Property System Grid, Custom Spreadsheet, or Export to CSV for Excel
