File specifications
- Format: The photo must be a .PNG or .JPG file.
- Dimensions: The minimum size is 180px wide by 240px high. For printed materials, uploading the highest resolution version possible is recommended to prevent pixelation.
- File size: The maximum file size is 10MB.
- Aspect ratio: The recommended aspect ratio is 3:4, in portrait mode.
Image quality and content
- Clarity and resolution: The photo should be of high quality and not appear blurry or distorted. For print materials, a higher resolution is preferred.
- Orientation: Take the photo in portrait mode to fit the recommended 3:4 aspect ratio.
- Content: The photo should be a professional headshot, showing the agent clearly. Avoid using inappropriate images, watermarks, or third-party photos without permission.
