MLS Link Access Issues - Status Update

The guest link issue affecting MLS Links remains unresolved at this time. Paragon is treating this matter as a critical priority and continues active remediation efforts. 

Current Status:

• This is a system-wide Paragon issue affecting all their boards nationwide (not just SDMLS)
• Root cause: Server migration causing SSO links to direct incorrectly in background
• Paragon development team has been working non-stop since Thursday, January 29, 2026
• We are monitoring for updates and will communicate as soon as it's resolved 
• No ETA yet, but Paragon treating as urgent 

We understand this is frustrating for subscribers and staff alike. While we appreciate any and all feedback, it does not accelerate resolution, as the issue is vendor-related.
