Coraly is a Chrome browser extension that helps you stay compliant with California’s AB-723 digitally altered images requirements directly inside your MLS.
Coraly Chrome extension automatically handles AB-723 disclosures right inside your MLS—no new platform. Fast. Compliant. Seamless.
Key points:
- It’s a free Chrome extension for SDMLS subscribers.
- It automates the required AB-723 disclosures when your listing photos are AI-generated or digitally altered.
- Works inside your existing MLS workflow (no separate system to log into).
I can walk you through the exact steps to install and start using Coraly.
I’ll assume you’re using Chrome on a computer. If you use another browser or device, the extension will not operate correctly.
1. Install the Coraly Chrome extension
- On your computer, open Google Chrome.
- Go to the Chrome Web Store (or Click Here for download assistance).
- In the search bar, type: Coraly.
- Click the Coraly extension in the results.
- Click Add to Chrome.
- Confirm by clicking Add extension in the popup.
- Quick check that it’s working After installation and opening your MLS
After a few seconds, Coraly will be installed. You’re set—Coraly is running and can help with AB-723 compliance.
2. Pin Coraly so it’s easy to find
- In Chrome, look at the top-right of the window.
- Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions).
- Find Coraly in the list.
- Click the pin icon next to Coraly so it turns blue.
Now the Coraly icon will always show in your Chrome toolbar.
3. Use Coraly in your MLS (Paragon desktop only)
Here’s the general process:
- Open your MLS in Chrome (e.g., Paragon).
- Sign in as usual.
- Go to the listing maintenance/edit screen where you work with photos/media.
- Make sure the Coraly icon (bottom right corner) is visible:
- If needed, click it once to ensure it’s active on that page.
- When you upload or manage photos:
- Coraly can automatically scan for where AB-723 disclosure is needed.
- It will prompt you or auto-insert the required disclosure text/flag for AI-generated or digitally altered images.
You don’t need to change your MLS workflow—Coraly is meant to “sit on top” of what you already do and handle the AB-723 disclosure part.
