CRS Data Corrections: CRS Data Tax Suite

To correct incorrect CRS Tax information shown on the CRS Property Reports


1. To request a change to the CRS Tax Data Property Report. Submit a written request that includes the following information.


2. The property information:  

a. APN assessors parcel #. 

b. The physical street address from the record.

c. The current owner's name


3. A written description of the error. Clearly describe the error and what the correct information should be.

a. Screen-Shots showing the error, if possible. 

They are sent to CRS to document the error.


4. Outside documentation clearly showing the correct information. Must be includedAcceptable documentation Types:

a. Screenshot provided by the Assessor to the owner.

b. Copies of the Assessor records, such as the Parcel Quest public reports available.

c. Title reports showing the correct information

d. Copies of the official Recording

In most cases, the correction will take 1 to 2 days, work weekdays.
