Coming Soon listings are going public
Here's what's changing, and what — if anything — you need to do.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance listing exposure and respond to evolving industry practices, San Diego MLS is changing the Coming Soon policy. Coming Soon listings will automatically distribute to public real estate portals.
AUTOMATIC (NEW) Public = ON Publish to Internet = YES Your listing appears on major public portals like Zillow and REALTOR.com | IF YOU OPT OUT Public = OFF Publish to Internet = NO Your listing stays private, visible only to MLS subscribers and users. |
How to opt out in Paragon (Public = Off)
- Open or edit your Coming Soon listing in Paragon
- From Marketing container, find the new "Publish To Internet" field
- Set it to NO to keep the listing private to MLS database
| San Diego MLS data is unaffected. Within San Diego MLS, Days On Market (DOM) and Price history still reset when your listing status moves to Active. |
