ISSUE
Upon logging into the San Diego ONE portal from sdar.com or sdmls.com, you maybe unable to view MLS invoices.
BACKGROUND
Our portal only shows association-related invoices upon initial login, not MLS-related invoices.
SOLUTION
To view or pay your current MLS invoice:
- Access your San Diego ONE portal through sdar.com or sdmls.com. Your login is the USER number shown on your invoice;
- Hover over “My Account” from the top toolbar to display the drop-down menu; and
- Select “Balance and History” to view your open invoices as well as any historical invoices.
