Most login problems are related to billing issues.
Try these steps.
1. Verify you have no outstanding invoices.
a. Unpaid invoices should be showing.
b. Make the payment. The process can take up to 2 hours to fully propagate across all systems.
2. If you do not see an outstanding bill, please reach out to SDAR Membership to verify that the service for MLS is activated on your account.
a. Be sure to ask about your SentriLock key service, as it is linked to MLS Access but is a separate service.
3. If verified to be active, then contact: SDMLS Customer Service. We will troubleshoot the Issue to resolve the logon.
