Days on MLS "DOMLS" vs Market Time "MT"
Days on MLS (DOMLS):  Calculated by using the List Date Received (date generated by the MLS system when the agent inputs a listing) to the Off Market Date. If a listing goes from Active to Withdrawn (or Pending) and back to Active, the duration the listing was Withdrawn (or Pending) will not be counted. Essentially, it is the total no. of days the listing was ‘active’ in the MLS.
DOMLS = Off Market Date – List Date Received (if the listing never went off market)
DOMLS = Off Market Date – List Date Received – Number of days the listing was off-market (Pending or Withdrawn)
Market Time (MT): Calculated by using the List Date (date entered by the agent as listing contract begin date) to the Close of Escrow Date. If a listing goes from Active to Withdrawn (or Pending) and back to Active, the duration the listing was Withdrawn (or Pending) will not be counted. It is the total number of days the listing was under contract (List Date) until the listing closed.
MT = Close of Escrow Date – List Date (if the listing never went off market)
MT = Close of Escrow Date – List Date – Number of days the listing was off-market (Pending or Withdrawn)
