1. Go to Preferences
Click on Preferences in the top menu.
2. Select User Preferences > Assume Identity
Navigate to User Preferences, then click Assume Identity.
3. Add a User
Click the green + (plus) button to add someone.
4. Requirements:
The user must have an active MLS login as an Assistant or Agent.
They must be linked to your office.
5. Search User by Name or User ID
Click on line item to select, then click Save.
To Remove a user from your Assume ID roster
1. Go to Preferences
Click on Preferences in the top menu.
2. Select User Preferences > Assume Identity
Navigate to User Preferences, then click Assume Identity.
3. Search User by Name or User ID
Check the box on line item to remove, then click Delete.
Different Branch Office?
If the MLS user is in a different branch, SDMLS Support staff needs to set it up Assume Identity on your behalf.
Submit an email: Support@sdmls.com
Please include with your request:
User Name and User ID number.
User Brokerage Name and Brokerage Address.
