Important! Partial Listing Issue

Created by Dimita Wilson, Modified on Wed, 22 Jan at 3:02 PM by Dimita Wilson

Dear Valued Subscriber,

We want to bring to your attention an important issue that took place over the weekend within the Paragon system, owned and operated by ICE.

On Friday, January 17th, a configuration change made by ICE inadvertently caused several partial listings to be auto-expired and converted into real listings instead of being purged from the system. This occurred in the early hours of Saturday, January 18th. We recognize that this may have disrupted your workflow, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To address this matter effectively, ICE is implementing the following actions:

  • Purging partial listings from 2023 and before: This is in line with our standard practice of removing partial listings that are 12 months or older. These listings will be permanently removed from the database over the next several hours.

  • Updating expired listings from January 17, 2024 to January 21, 2025: They will remain in the system as "deleted", a hidden status from general users while remaining accessible to SDMLS Support for necessary recovery tasks.

  • Going forward: From today onward, any partial listings created will remain visible, ensuring continued control and access.

We are actively collaborating with ICE to ensure that this situation is fully resolved and to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

Please note if you need to recover any affected partial listings marked as "deleted," our dedicated customer support team is ready to assist you. Simply contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone at 858-726-9657, and we will gladly help you recover the listing so you can finalize its input.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Sincerely,

SDMLS
