Closing Procedures for Self-Represented Buyer or User Not Found

How do I close a listing in the MLS when the buyer is self-represented or user not found in the MLS database?

Use the following placeholder information when the buyer or the user is not found in our MLS database:

• User ID: 999999

• Name: Out of Area / Non-Member

• Office ID: 99999 (this should auto-fill when you enter the User ID)

This will allow you to properly close the listing.

• If the buyer or agent has a license number, enter it in the appropriate field.

• If no license number is available, use the default number 999999.

• If there are Concessions, enter the total $ amount (as shown)
