Why is my listing showing the buyer's agent info when it is Pending, and no one else's listings do?
It will only show if you are an agent involved in the listing transaction.
Listing Agent, Buyers Agent, or an involved Designated Broker of one of the offices.
This is also why you do not see the other buyers' agents on other listings; you are not part of that transaction.
