How to Copy/Clone a Listing in Paragon

Need to relist a property or create a similar one? Follow these steps to copy/clone a listing:

1. Go to Listings
From the Paragon homepage, click on Listings in the top menu.

2. Select "Maintain > Listings"
In the drop-down menu, under the Maintain section, click Listings.

3. Find the Listing to Copy
Use the search tools to locate the listing you want to copy/clone.

4. Choose "Select an Action"
Once you've found the listing, scroll to the right and click the "Select an Action" button.

5. Click "Copy/Clone Listing"
From the menu that appears, choose Copy/Clone Listing to start the process.

You can now edit and save the new listing as needed!

*Disclaimer: In the final confirmation working window be sure to select the boxes for Photos and Documents to pull into your new listings. This is your only chance to copy them over.
