Photo Requirements for Paragon Listings

To ensure your listing photos upload correctly and look great, follow these steps:

1. Use Landscape Format

• Always take photos in landscape (horizontal) orientation.

• Avoid portrait or panoramic shots.

• Tip: Turn your phone sideways when taking listing photos.

2. Check Image Size (Resolution)

• Minimum size: 640 x 480 pixels

  • Photos smaller than this will not upload.

• Maximum size: 3072 x 2304 pixels

• Recommended file size: Keep images under 15MB each.

• How to check: Hover your mouse over the photo file on your computer to view the resolution in a pop-up.

3. Use Approved File Formats

Only the following image types are supported:

• .jpg / .jpeg

• .png

• .gif

4. Avoid Special Characters in File Names

Do NOT use the following characters in photo file names:
\/:*?<>| &@#$^~;%=,!{}"

Stick to simple letters, numbers, dashes (-), and underscores (_).
